I bought another pair of mma gloves from Everlast that do work well and are good. But when I used them I found I needed a more heavy duty pair of gloves plus these are open thumbed which I was not sure if I liked or not. So after using my Everlast and finding that the closed thumb was a little bit restricting on movement, plus the materal was a bit light. The Meister mma gloves thought are heavy and made of real leather also they run a bit small because of the thickness and make so go a size up like I did you will feel the snug fit and protection of the glove on your hand. These are more of what I wanted and my other gloves are good to but for a few more dollars I have the right ones for me. I would recommend them for anyone to use for just about everything you need them for.
